Digital printing

Offset lithographic printing
The main focus of our offset press is printing custom cardboard packagings, such as Digipack or Ecopack for CD and DVD, Gatefold or Vinyl Sleeve, and various booklets and inlays for CD / MC plastic cases.
Our company uses a Japanese sheet-fed offset press RYOBI, that can handle up to B2+ size and thanks to LED-UV in-press system can print on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. An additional advantage of this technology is that the sheets can be further processed immediately after printing – this eliminates potential problems in following production and significantly speeds up the order turnaround.
Digital printing
Digital printing is one of the most modern methods of printing. It is a direct technique of printing, as the digital image is sent straight to the machine that creates a given number of copies. Thanks to this we can freely modify each copy of the printed material, which makes digital printing perfect for customized short-run productions.
To accommodate various requirements of our clients, we use pro-grade digital printing machines:
Binding department
Our binding department is an extensive machine park, thanks to which each order can have its own unique and personal character.
Well-developed post-press allows us to offer a wide range of finishing effects:
Highly-automated machines for die-cutting and gluing allow us to offer high accuracy of products while maintaining short lead times. We own a CTP image setting studio, and our experienced DTP department helps with designing the graphics and any unusual productions.
